Most of our work is hotel activations, beach club events, and brand parties. Bilingual crew available. Same system as LA — same artists, same flash, same custom design.

$200 permit, we handle

Miami-Dade permits are flat and simple. We file, we pay, we keep the paperwork on file. You don't deal with the city.

We have a standing Miami crew. No flying in. No last-minute subs. Same artists who do our LA, NYC, and Vegas work — based here year-round.

Art Basel & F1 specialists

Art Basel week (early December) and Miami Grand Prix week are our two highest-demand windows. We know the venues, the hotels, and the logistics. We've done this every year since 2021.

Beach club + hotel activations

Most of our Miami work is hotel activations and beach club events. Custom flash, custom crew apparel, content capture. Bilingual crew available for Spanish-speaking guests and brand teams.

Miami timing & booking

When to book, when not to.

Art Basel season (early December) books out by October. Festival season (winter) is heavy. F1 week is premium. Summer is the easiest time to book. Lead time: 4–6 weeks standard, 8+ weeks for Art Basel.
