We mostly do private events in NYC — birthdays, brand parties, hotel activations. Permits aren't required here (one less thing to plan). The crew flies in for the right event. For regular bookings we work with local artists who know the city.
Most of our NYC work is 50–200 guests, indoor venues, evening events. Same crew model as LA. Same custom flash. Same aftercare kit your guests walk out with.

Hotel activations, closed to public
Most NYC work is private and indoor. Hotels, residences, branded suites. Your guests, your guest list, your vibe.
2–3 week lead time
NYC books up. We can move fast on private parties with 2–3 weeks notice. For custom flash and bigger crews, plan 6+ weeks out.

Loft spaces, gallery-style events, and brand launches. Walk-up townhouses and ground-floor retail both work.
Midtown hotels
The Plaza, The Carlyle, The Standard. Hotel activations are our bread and butter in NYC — private suites, ballrooms, full buyouts.
Williamsburg & Brooklyn
Wythe Hotel, industrial venues, rooftop parties. Brooklyn runs younger and louder. We staff accordingly.
Meatpacking & West Village
Cipriani, the High Line end, smaller boutique hotels. Tight spaces, high expectations. We fit in.
Upper East Side residences
Private apartments, milestone birthdays, anniversary parties. The crew shows up, sets up, leaves no trace.
Hudson Yards & the High Line
Brand HQ events, corporate off-sites, modern venue spaces. Closer to the West Side highway, easier load-in.
