The crew model works anywhere your event lives
We fly out. We bring the artists, the system, the flash, the freight. The 4-person crew model we run in LA works the same in NYC, in Miami, and beyond. Permits handled per city, insurance per state, local crew integration where it makes sense. Lead time is 4–6 weeks minimum — rush is case by case, not a promise. We own the domain names for Paris, London, Tokyo, Bali, Istanbul, and Berlin. The crew lives in LA, NYC, and Miami — and travels for the right event.
From destination brief to live activation
A destination event runs on logistics as much as artistry. Here's how we get the crew, the system, and the permits to where your event is.
Step 1
Destination Brief
City, venue, dates, guest count, brand or private — we scope the trip before we book a single flight.
Step 2
Local Permits & Licensing
Health department, state licensing, venue COIs, and any city-specific tattoo regulations — handled before the crew flies.
Step 3
Artist Travel & Freight
Artists, assistants, and the system fly out together. Freight ships ahead — stations, chairs, autoclaves, single-use supplies, signage, the whole setup.
Step 4
Local Crew Integration
Where it makes sense, we bring on a local host or assistant who knows the venue and the city. The traveling crew leads. The local crew supports.

The Activation
Same system. Same crew. Same throughput. Same permanent take-home. Just in a different city.

Tattoo Artist
Licensed, BBP (Bloodborne Pathogen) certified, and event- trained. They focus exclusively on precise tattooing—not logistics or cleaning.

Tattoo Assistant
Preps the skin, places the custom stencils, sterilizes the station, and briefs guests on aftercare. Speeds up transition time to under 2 minutes.

Check-In Host
Manages iPad check-ins, digital waivers, flash sheet navigation, and waitlist queuing. RBS-trained to discreetly monitor sobriety.

Event Coordinator
Manages load-in, logistics, health department sign-offs, and serves as the single point of contact for your event planning team.
