Most tattoo activations cap out at 40-50 guests. We built ours for the other end. A 4-person crew moves 12-15 tattoos an hour and clears 250-300 guests a day without breaking a sweat. The host keeps the line moving. The assistant keeps the station clean. The artist does what artists do. 30% of people who walk up get inked. The rest walk away knowing exactly what we do. That math is the system.

Festival Sync
Walk dates, audience, footprint, and electrical with your production team. We confirm crew size, throughput, and flash scope for the crowd.
Step 2
Permits & City Compliance
We handle venue COIs, health department sign-offs, and city permits. Every artist carries current licenses, BBP certs, and $2M insurance.
Step 3
Flash & Booth Build
Custom flash sheet designed for the festival — 8 to 12 designs, fast to tattoo, photogenic in a crowd. Booth build matches the energy of the event.
Step 4
Load-In
Crew arrives early. 10x10 station, power, and wash station confirmed with your production lead. We run a 30-minute rehearsal before doors.

Multi-Day Execution
For festivals, the system scales. Add artists, add stations, run a 3-day weekend. Same crew model, same throughput, same art.

Licensed, BBP (Bloodborne Pathogen) certified, and event- trained. They focus exclusively on precise tattooing—not logistics or cleaning.

Tattoo Assistant
Preps the skin, places the custom stencils, sterilizes the station, and briefs guests on aftercare. Speeds up transition time to under 2 minutes.

Check-In Host
Manages iPad check-ins, digital waivers, flash sheet navigation, and waitlist queuing. RBS-trained to discreetly monitor sobriety.
