Programming Brief
A short call with your programming, marketing, and spa leads to align on the residency arc — the weekend, the season, or the long-term series.
Step 2
Property Walkthrough
We visit the suite, the lounge, the spa, or wherever the residency will live. Power, water, lighting, sight lines — all confirmed in advance.
Step 3
Compliance & Insurance
County health permits, your COI, our COI, and guest waivers. We move quietly with your legal and operations teams and don't need to be managed.
Step 4
Custom Flash & Styling
Flash drawn for your aesthetic, signage and aprons matched to the room, aftercare kits branded to the property. Reviewed in Figma with two rounds built in.
Step 5
Activation Week
Crew arrives two hours prior, sets up quietly, runs the residency across the agreed window. Guests, members, and press are looked after the entire time.

Licensed, BBP (Bloodborne Pathogen) certified, and event- trained. They focus exclusively on precise tattooing—not logistics or cleaning.

Tattoo Assistant
Preps the skin, places the custom stencils, sterilizes the station, and briefs guests on aftercare. Speeds up transition time to under 2 minutes.

Check-In Host
Manages iPad check-ins, digital waivers, flash sheet navigation, and waitlist queuing. RBS-trained to discreetly monitor sobriety.

Event Coordinator
Manages load-in, logistics, health department sign-offs, and serves as the single point of contact for your event planning team.
