What we look for

Four things, and that's it.

We don't have a hundred checkboxes. Here's the short list.

Licensed & BBP certified

Current state license and Bloodborne Pathogen cert. Annual renewals — we check, you don't have to think about it.

Event-trained

You can tattoo fast without losing quality. You can talk to guests. You can handle the energy of a room with a line out the door.

Fine-line friendly

Small, simple, on-brand designs. Clean linework, consistent weight. This isn't a photo-realism sleeve job — it's flash, done well.

Available

Most events book 4–6 weeks out. You block your calendar for confirmed dates, show up on time, and don't flake the week of.

What it's like

You tattoo. We handle the rest.

You'll work with a host or hostess, a tattoo assistant, and an event coordinator. You don't manage the line. You don't clean the station. You don't sign waivers. You tattoo.

The flash sheet is designed for the event before you arrive. The booth is set up before you show up. You walk in, you tattoo, you leave with cash tips and a great night.

Pay is per event, not hourly. Most artists work 2–4 events a month with us, on top of their regular shop work. We've had artists fly out to destination events, do holiday parties, work alongside world-class brand teams. It's a different kind of gig.

— and yeah, you'll average three to four tattoos an hour. So, it takes like 15 to 20 minutes depending on your designs.
Apprenticeship

Early in your career? Get in touch.

We're not running a full apprenticeship program yet — but we bring on aspiring artists to shadow and assist at events. If you're early in your career and you want to learn what event work looks like up close, send us a note. We'll let you know when something opens.

No formal curriculum. No certificate. Just time on the floor with our crew at real events — and a real shot at joining the team when you're ready.
